These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Cadenza Connections website and its professional database services. By creating an account, purchasing a subscription or using the services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. The Cadenza Connections Service
Cadenza Connections is an online professional information and database platform for the classical music industry.
The platform provides access to curated professional information relating to, among others:
- classical music festivals;
- concert halls and venues;
- orchestras and ensembles;
- record labels;
- artist management agencies.
The available databases, countries, features and information may be expanded, updated or modified over time.
3. Subscription Options
Cadenza Connections may offer monthly and annual subscription plans.
Available access options may include:
One Country – access to one selected database for one selected country.
Full Database – access to one selected database covering all countries available within that database.
All Access – access to all databases and all available countries included in the subscription.
Current prices, subscription periods and the exact scope of each plan will be displayed on the Pricing and checkout pages before purchase.
4. Online Access Only
Subscriptions provide temporary online access to the relevant Cadenza Connections databases for the duration of the subscription.
The purchase of a subscription does not transfer ownership of the database or its contents to the subscriber.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, database content may not be downloaded, exported or obtained as an Excel, CSV or other database file.
5. User Accounts
Users may be required to create an account to access subscription content.
Users are responsible for:
- providing accurate account information;
- keeping login credentials confidential;
- preventing unauthorized use of their account;
- notifying Cadenza Connections if they become aware of unauthorized access.
An individual subscription is intended for use by the registered subscriber and may not be shared with unauthorized third parties unless the relevant subscription plan expressly permits multiple users.
6. Permitted Use
Subscribers may use the information available through Cadenza Connections for legitimate professional purposes connected with the music industry, including professional research, tour planning, identifying potential partners and individual professional outreach.
Users remain responsible for ensuring that their use of contact information and their communications comply with applicable data protection, privacy, electronic communications and other laws.
7. Prohibited Use
Users may not:
- systematically copy or reproduce substantial parts of a database;
- scrape, crawl or automatically extract database content;
- use automated tools to collect information from the platform without permission;
- redistribute, resell, sublicense or publish database content;
- create or compile a competing database using Cadenza Connections content;
- share subscription access with unauthorized users;
- circumvent technical access restrictions;
- use the service for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purposes.
Cadenza Connections reserves the right to suspend or terminate access in cases of serious or repeated misuse, subject to applicable law.
8. Database Content and Accuracy
Cadenza Connections aims to provide carefully researched, relevant and regularly reviewed professional information.
However, the music industry changes continuously. Organizations, personnel, contact details, websites, programming policies and other information may change without notice.
Therefore, Cadenza Connections cannot guarantee that every item of information will always be complete, current or error-free.
Users are encouraged to verify particularly important information before relying on it for professional or commercial decisions.
9. Updates and Changes to the Databases
Database content may be corrected, updated, expanded, reorganized or removed as part of the normal operation of the service.
The number of entries and countries available in a particular database may therefore change over time.
10. Prices and Payments
Current subscription prices will be displayed on the website before purchase.
Applicable taxes will be handled in accordance with relevant legal requirements.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment service providers. The identity and applicable terms of the payment provider will be made available as part of the purchasing process where required.
11. Subscription Renewal and Cancellation
The exact renewal conditions applicable to monthly and annual subscriptions will be clearly displayed before purchase.
Where a subscription renews automatically, users will be informed of this before completing the purchase.
Users will be able to cancel renewal in accordance with the conditions applicable to their subscription.
Unless otherwise required by law, cancellation of renewal does not normally terminate access immediately; access continues until the end of the already paid subscription period.
12. Consumer Rights
Cadenza Connections is a business-to-business (B2B) service only. It may be used solely by businesses, sole professionals and organizations acting for purposes relating to their trade, business, craft or profession, and it is not offered to, and may not be used by, consumers. By subscribing, you confirm that you are acting in a professional or business capacity and not as a consumer.
Because the service is not offered to consumers, consumer-protection rules (including statutory withdrawal rights for consumers) do not apply to subscriptions. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
13. Intellectual Property and Database Rights
The Cadenza Connections website, database structure, selection and arrangement of content, branding, original texts and other protected materials may be protected by copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights.
Except for the limited right to use the service during an active subscription, no intellectual property rights are transferred to users.
Individual publicly available facts or information may originate from external professional sources; this does not grant users the right to reproduce or extract the Cadenza Connections database as a whole or substantial parts of it.
14. Third-Party Websites
The databases may contain links to third-party websites.
Cadenza Connections is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, content, privacy practices or services of external websites.
15. Availability of the Service
We aim to maintain reliable access to Cadenza Connections but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability at all times.
Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, technical problems, security measures or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
16. Limitation of Liability
Cadenza Connections provides a professional research and information service. Users remain responsible for their own professional, commercial and communication decisions.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Cadenza Connections is not responsible for losses resulting solely from reliance on outdated, incomplete or subsequently changed third-party professional information.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable Hungarian law, without prejudice to mandatory rights that may apply to consumers under European Union or other applicable law.
